We wish you all the best and join you in celebrating National Coming Out Day! For those keeping count, this is the 26th Anniversary! The HRC best explains the importance of coming out:
One out of every two Americans has someone close to them who is gay or lesbian. For transgender people, that number is only one in 10. Coming out STILL MATTERS. When people know someone who is LGBTQ, they are far more likely to support equality under the law.
Here's their amazing 2014 video celebrating the joy and bravery of some celebrities that came out over the last year! All of us feel like we have something to lose by coming out. But the truth is, by being yourself, by being honest, you have so much more to gain.
