Bruno Gmuender! Typically, Marré's work for fashion magazines, galleries, and blogs portray dreamy, sensual imagery of his subject matter. He has shot for big time publications such as Vogue, Details, Huffington Post, NL, just to name a few. His work has been exhibited all over the world.
In The Last Boys, Marré decided to strip away all of the artificial light and make up and shoot his subjects in natural light. The result is a more personal, intimate look into the lives of these young men. And it works. The result is sometimes touching, sometimes haunting, but always captivating.
Marré explains his work this way, "I portray people as who they are. In my dream. Comfort is my key. Often I’m able to show an inner part that hasn’t been exposed before.”
