It's Mike and Molly's 100th episode! To celebrate, chef and occasional co-host Julia Simon comes by with a special new Star Trek themed cocktail inspired by Riker - The Tromboner! Then the gang picks a Valentine's Date for each of the five Captains with one special caveat - the date cannot come from their own series! Also, in depth conversation about episodes: TNG "Elementary, Dear Data", DS9 "The Siege", & VOY "Projections."
If you'd like to make a Tromboner for yourself while you listen, here's the recipe:
1.25 oz chilled Passion fruit puree or juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Champagne
.5 oz Alizé Wild Passion (or really, any fruity cordial of your choice)
Add passion fruit and simple syrup to a champagne flute, swirl to mix.
Pour in Champagne, then float Alizé on top.
